Refund Policy

At The Bio Code, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure you get the best experience possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The product was damaged during shipping.
✅ You received the wrong product.
✅ The product is defective or expired upon receipt.
✅ You are not satisfied with the product’s effectiveness (see our satisfaction guarantee).
Conditions for Returns:
• The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 180 days of purchase (standard policy is 15 days, but we honor extended returns on a case-by-case basis).
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Important Notes:
• For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
🚫 Opened or used products.
🚫 Products purchased during final sale, clearance, or with discount codes.
🚫 Gift cards and digital products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2️⃣ Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3️⃣ Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
• We may issue partial refunds if:
• The returned item is not in its original condition.
• The return request was made after the 15-day standard return window but within the 180-day extended period (case-by-case basis).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
✅ Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
✅ Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.
✅ If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, email us at support@thebiocode.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@thebiocode.com.
7. Shipping Policy
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
